    Notes:

    1. Pressure is now very weakly upward. Prices could increase by a penny or so per gallon.
    2. Even though prices in Phoenix fell by a whopping 4 cents per gallon today, when we had called for steady prices, we'll still call that a successful prediction. We said prices were more likely to go down than up, and we recommended not to buy gas yesterday. You would indeed have saved money by waiting to buy gas today.
